Frank was a deeply respected
colleague whose imaginative skills as an engineer were renown. His workshop was
a treasure trove which his knowledge extended far beyond its walls. He was also
one of those people who took enormous interest in the World and when you were
talking with him you had his full attention. Sadly he learned he had Prostate
Cancer when it was too far advanced for successful treatment. Many people will
remember Frank with great fondness and respect.
